CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, you will be able to return and exchange it or return it for a refund. You will have 7 days after you receive your item to repost any damage.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

The customer will receive a tracking number via email and text message that allows the customer to track their package.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after you place your order. After your order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to reach you through our third party mail carrier. Typically USPS, FEDEX, or UPS

If you preorder an item, your item will ship on the date specified on our homepage and/or product description, and will be delivered to you within 3-5 days of shipment!

If your item says delivered, we are confident that our third party delivery carriers have done their jobs! Please call the local carrier service first to confirm where your package was delivered - mailbox and/or doorstep.
